Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice view, but there were issues with housekeeping neglecting to remove a dirty food tray and not responding to basic requests like extra hangers. The service was a bit of a hit or miss - some staff members, like Magdy at 360, were attentive and friendly, while others were unresponsive. However, Hasan at the front desk stood out for his excellent service. The location in Le Gray was convenient, at the center of Beirut with nearby shops and restaurants, although access to social functions could be limited at times. The dining experience at the Indigo restaurant was pleasant with fresh food, but the value for money was questionable. Overall, the facilities were good, but there were notable lapses, especially in responsiveness to guest requests.
My stay at the hotel was incredible. The room was impressively huge, very comfortable, and had everything I needed, including books, magazines, and plenty of complimentary bottled water. However, we struggled a bit with the Jura Coffee Machine. The service was welcoming and friendly, making sure every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Beirut, with easy access to everything. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious and colorful dishes. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a few minor inconveniences.
I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay with a special treat every day. However, there was no feedback from the agency during my visit. The hotel provided space and comfort but did not show any updates or improvements.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the room I stayed in was large, extremely comfortable, and beautifully designed, I encountered some difficulties with the coffee machine. On the other hand, the service, despite being professional and courteous, lacked discretion and privacy. The location was ideal for exploring Beirut, being close to major attractions and the fashion district, although improvements could be made for an even better experience. The dining experience at the Indigo restaurant was pleasant overall but lacked some excitement in the food quality. The facilities offered by the hotel were satisfactory in general.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were large and spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking downtown Beirut, but there were some issues with housekeeping and concierge services. The staff's service was a mix of attentive care, like sending hot tea when I was unwell, and some unprofessionalism and lack of discretion, which affected my privacy. The location of the hotel was excellent, providing a great view of the city and being close to important areas in Beirut. The dining options were good but could use more variety, especially for vegetarians. The facilities were top-notch, and the service from some staff members, like Farah and Mr FIRAS, stood out for their professionalism and hard work.
